Aaron Burgess, Ed.D
Aaron Burgess is an Assistant Professor of Business and Organizational Leadership at Cincinnati Christian University where he teaches Business Ethics, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Marketing, and Strategic Management. He has also taught courses in Religion, Ethics, and Leadership at the College of Mount St. Joseph. Additionally, he is an instructional design and e-Learning consultant. He holds masters degrees in theology and organizational leadership and a doctorate in education and administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
He has consulted with many organizations on projects related to leadership development, e-learning, instructional design, strategic planning, and employee training. Those organizations include; Point University (GA), Mount Vernon Nazarene University (OH), Learning Mate Solutions, Knowledge Elements, Luma Brighter Learning, Designers for Learning, Top Gun Sales Performance, Edoc Services, Auburn University Christian Fellowship
Jane Browe has developed her career with leadership responsibilities spanning a variety of industries including Consumer Goods, Agriculture/Produce, Healthcare, Banking Services and Non-Profits. Through the course of her career, Jane has had P & L responsibility, and has led cross-functional, and at times, international teams in growth and development initiatives.
Jane’s experience includes development in both for-profit and non-profit environments. She has held leadership positions with organizations of all sizes from entrepreneurial start-ups to mid-size privately owned firms to Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Hillenbrand Industries.
Jane is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and her Masters in Communications. She holds a certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership in Foundations of Leadership.
Innovation and creativity are strengths Jane employs that enable organizations she works with to establish meaningful strategy that generates measurable results. She has a solid background developing unique positioning for organizations and their products and services, and engaging their target audiences effectively.
Jane currently provides Business Development leadership for multiple marketing services firms across the United States and supports local non-profit organizations with communications direction.
Mark C. DiStasi, MSOL
Mark C. DiStasi is President of BOLD Solutions, LLC., serving nonprofits in the areas of board development, strategic planning, volunteer structure and organizational design. He has held many leadership roles in academic institutions, nonprofits and businesses. His academic preparation includes a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
His book From Survive to Thrive is a useful workbook and online learning tool that inspires nonprofit leaders to do the necessary work of transforming their organizations to reach their full potential. Mark guides readers through a step-by-step process, taking a look at the vital components for their organization’s success.
Mark collaborates with organization leaders, executive teams and board members, designing and implementing intentional strategic plans and creating metrics for continued evaluation of those plans. Implementing change management principles and strategies, Mark has restructured internal teams of professionals and staff, capitalizing on the strengths of the teams and bringing in new talent when necessary.
Mission-focused, purpose-driven, data-centric planning is the approach Mark takes with his nonprofit clients. Through this more strategic and intentional approach, his clients have made very positive and accelerated transformations often exceeding their expected outcomes. Working with clients including corporate executives, staff members and boards of trustees, he successfully motivates all parties involved to build toward the common good of the organization.
Mark's expertise has been instrumental in the development and implementation of several strategic plans for many businesses, academic institutions and nonprofits. He has also been responsible for the overall direction of the design and execution of brand strategy communication, advertising, and marketing plans, as well as crisis communication plans for many organizations. Over three decades, Mark’s ingenuity, collaboration and vision has delivered BOLD results for his employers and clients.
Mark is also Associate Director of Development at Arizona State University Foundation for the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. He serves on the foundation’s strategic planning team's board development and volunteer structure committee.
